Air Arabia Group has announced 110 job openings via its recruitment portal. These professions are diverse, encompassing flight operations, engineering, technology, maintenance, administration, and cargo. Some of the available positions include Airbus A320 Captain, First Officer, Aircraft Maintenance Certifying Engineer, Product Manager, Key Account Manager, Flight Operations Safety Specialist, Base Maintenance Shift Manager, Trainee Engineer, and Trainee Technician for UAE nationals.
The vacancies, announced since the beginning of September, include positions in Sharjah as well as at the Group’s overseas offices. There are additional opportunities and training programs specifically created for graduates and UAE nationals. After completing the requisite training, contract pilots’ advertised earnings can reach up to Dhs410,000 per year (Dhs34,000 per month).
The position of Airbus A320 captain is one of the most financially rewarding. After successfully completing training, the contract pays a net monthly wage of Dhs33,800 for up to 60 flying hours, compared to Dhs22,000 during the training phase. Pilots get an additional Dhs475 for each flight hour after the first 60, and they are paid a daily allowance of Dhs184.
