The Emirates Gifted Association and the Dubai Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation unveiled the “Gifted Endowment” initiative, a permanent endowment that supports the country’s talented youngsters. The endowment, which is anticipated to be finished in two years, includes an investment property valued at Dhs70 million.
The project intends to assist gifted Emiratis by supplying a steady stream of revenue that helps finance initiatives to identify and nurture the country’s potential, providing training and scholarships, and assisting with technology and research initiatives headed by Emirati entrepreneurs.
The endowment is situated on a 70,000-square-foot parcel of land in Dubai’s Al Raffa neighbourhood, which was kindly provided by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the UAE’s prime minister and vice president as well as the ruler of Dubai. The land is believed to be worth Dhs40 million.
The proposal contains a six-story investment property with 36 residential units, retail stores, and parking lots on the first floor. The endowment’s overall worth is Dhs70 million, which includes the project’s construction cost of about Dhs30 million.
