Gulftainer Joins the Sharjah Investment Forum 2026 as Robust Supply Chains Become Increasingly Important

Gulftainer is now a major sponsor of the Sharjah Investment Forum (SIF) 2026, putting one of the biggest ports and logistics companies in the area at the forefront of international conversations on supply chain resilience and economic competitiveness.

The sponsorship, which was announced by the Sharjah FDI Office (Invest in Sharjah), supports the Forum’s goal of linking high-level discussions with the infrastructure, investments, and public-private partnerships that will create a more resilient and adaptable world at a time when businesses and governments must deal with swift changes in the global economic landscape.

SIF 2026, which will be held at the Al Jawaher Reception and Convention Centre in Sharjah from October 14–15, is being organized in association with the UAE Ministry of Investment under the topic “Building Adaptive Economies.”

The launch coincides with Gulftainer’s $2 billion Global Trade Infrastructure Strategy, an ambitious development program that aims to create a single, interconnected ecosystem that would include ports, maritime transportation, inland logistics, industrial parks, and supply chains driven by artificial intelligence. By illustrating how resilient supply chains are constructed through consistent investment, multimodal connectivity, and public-private cooperation, the approach adds a practical element to the Forum’s talks.
