Hamdan Opens DP World’s Nhava Sheva Business Park in India

Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence of the UAE, opened DP World’s cutting-edge Free Trade Warehousing Zone (FTWZ), the Nhava Sheva Business Park (NSBP), in Mumbai, India.

The inauguration, held during Sheikh Hamdan’s official visit to India, is a significant step toward cementing India and the UAE’s profound economic and cultural connections. As a key enabler of global commerce, DP World remains committed to constructing a world-class logistics infrastructure that improves supply chain efficiency and propels India’s global trade goals.

Speaking during the ceremony, Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed stated, “The UAE and India have a long and deep economic cooperation. Developing world-class logistical infrastructure, such as the Nhava Sheva Business Park, not only improves trade connectivity between our countries, but also promotes our shared vision of growth, innovation, and sustainability.”
