The president of the University of Sharjah and deputy ruler of Sharjah, Sheikh Sultan Bin Ahmed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, recently opened advanced orthodontic clinics for master’s students at the College of Dentistry.
He also inspected the University Dental Hospital’s Centre of Excellence for Dentistry.
Sultan Bin Ahmed took a tour of the clinic complex to acquaint himself with the newest technology and amenities that meet the strictest dental standards. He was given an overview of the clinics and their equipment, which is intended to meet all the students’ needs while conducting their practical studies.
Sultan Bin Ahmed inspected the University Dental Hospital’s Centre of Excellence for Dentistry. It was discovered during the inspection that the centre had expanded, adding six new clinics. The centre can now accommodate 12 clinics due to this expansion, enabling comprehensive dental services to be provided to all age groups, including young children and the elderly. Faculty from the College of Dentistry, including consultants and specialised physicians, work at the centre.
Sultan Bin Ahmed visited the hospital’s paediatric and general dentistry clinics during his visit. He became acquainted with the care and treatment services that the clinic offered specifically for kids.
