
Through a variety of instructional activities, engaging presentations, and hands-on experiences, the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority’s (DEWA) Sustainability and Innovation Center expands schoolchildren’s and college students’ understanding of sustainability and clean energy.
The center strives to provide students with information and practical experience that meets the highest international standards to enhance academic advancement and encourage sustainable career choices.
Since its founding, the center has hosted over 30 academic institutions from various educational levels and countless workshops, meetings, and programs. Thousands of students have benefited from these programs by improving their practical knowledge of solar energy and Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies as well as their academic comprehension. The centre demystifies difficult scientific ideas through engaging presentations and creative experiments tailored to the educational requirements of various age groups.
DEWA’s Sustainability and Innovation Centre at the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park offers the perfect learning setting in keeping with our mission to empower youngsters and advance their understanding and proficiency in clean and renewable energy. By promoting creativity and the growth of young people, we enhance their potential and equip them to handle problems in the future.
