Since launching its digital booking service in February 2025, Sharjah Taxi has recorded one million trips through the Yango app, demonstrating both the growing demand for smart mobility solutions and the customers’ trust in the company’s digital services. The accomplishment also advances the public transportation experience throughout the Emirate of Sharjah and increases the transportation sector’s efficiency.
Through the Yango app, users can easily and swiftly reserve cabs, follow their travels, access trip information, and make electronic payments. The program improves customer service quality and is in line with the government’s digital transformation agenda.
