
As per the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), the UAE is experiencing light rains in various locations, such as Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain, and Al Dhafra, due to the extension of a weak low-pressure system in the upper layers of the atmosphere and a low-pressure system from the surface.
The National Capital Management (NCM) said that Ramah in Al Ain, Bada Da’afas, Tarif, Al Ghweifat, and Al Ruwais in the Al Dhafra region, as well as Al Batin, Bani Yas, Khalifa City, Al Shamkha, Abu Dhabi International Airport, Dubai-Al Ain Road, Al Ain International Airport, Jebel Ali, Dubai International Airport, Das Island, Dainah Island, Sir Bu Nair Island, Qarnayn Island, Al Talah.
The Arabian Gulf can occasionally experience stormy seas with waves as high as six feet, according to the NCM, which stated that the marine areas were exposed to strong northwesterly winds that blew from Tuesday till Wednesday morning at rates of up to 40 km per hour.
Additionally, sources indicated that some inland, coastal, and island areas may see light rain on Wednesday and Thursday. The weather is expected to be partly cloudy to cloudy at times, particularly in the north, with a chance of light rain. It will also be humid at night and on Thursday morning in some inland areas, with a chance of light fog formation.
