His Majesty The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), Colorado-based Nova Sky Stories, and Abu Dhabi-headquartered Analog, an Emirati company that specializes in physical intelligence and mixed reality, have signed a strategic partnership agreement, which was witnessed by Sheikh Khaled Bin Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.
Abu Dhabi will further establish itself as a global center for cultural and entertainment innovation with this multi-year cooperation deal, which will see the start of a ground-breaking project that will incorporate state-of-the-art drone technology into expansive immersive narrative.
The coordinated drone performances will weave together the emirate’s rich history and vibrant future to create artistic narratives in a number of notable sites.
In a first for the area, it will launch the most sophisticated fleet of 10,000 light-show drones in the world, fusing cutting-edge drone technology with cultural tales to produce immersive experiences.
We are discovering new and immersive ways to share our vision and culture with the world by utilizing innovative technologies,” stated Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of DCT Abu Dhabi. By challenging convention at the nexus of innovation and entertainment, this collaboration with Analog and Nova Sky will elevate the standard of what locals and tourists may enjoy.
