According to a ruling by the Abu Dhabi Court for Family, Civil, and Administrative Cases, a woman is required to compensate another woman with Dhs 10,000 in addition to Dhs 186,370. The plaintiff and her children, who are People of Determination, suffered material and psychological hardship as a result of the defendant’s illegal entry into the plaintiff’s home, where she damaged furniture, cameras, and other personal belongings.
According to the case information, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant and asked for Dhs350,000 in damages. This sum was meant to compensate for the substantial material and psychological harm that the plaintiff and her young children suffered as a result of a harmful act that was verified against the defendant by a final criminal judgement, as well as to cover the cost of the damaged furniture, lost cameras, and missing personal belongings. Additionally, the plaintiff asked that the defendant be held accountable for all associated court fees, costs, and attorney fees.
According to the case documents, the plaintiff filed this claim because the defendant had damaged her home furnishings, which were regarded as her personal property. The defendant was found guilty in a previous criminal case. The plaintiff filed this lawsuit in order to seek legal justice due to the damages the defendant’s acts created.
