On Sunday, the second deputy ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Ahmed Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, was present at a reception held at the Hilton Al Habtoor Palace in honour of Saudi Arabia’s 94th National Day. The event was organised by the Saudi Arabian Consulate General in Dubai.
Saudi Arabia’s Consul General, Abdullah Al Mutawa, greeted him at the location.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia; Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia; and the people of the Kingdom received the warmest regards from the UAE leadership and populace.
Sheikh Ahmed emphasised the long-standing relationship between the two countries, along with the desire of the Saudi leadership and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the UAE’s Vice President and Prime Minister, ruler of Dubai, and President of the UAE, to further strengthen bilateral cooperation to secure a better future for their respective populations. Several high-ranking UAE officials and dignitaries, representatives from Arab and other consular offices in Dubai, and Saudi residents in the UAE all attended the ceremony.
