His Highness Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, was received by Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, on Thursday. He is leading the UAE delegation attending the Third Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) Summit, which Qatar is hosting. Sheikh Mansour opened the meeting by extending the greetings of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. They also wished the Emir health and happiness and continued prosperity and advancement for the State of Qatar and its citizens.
The Emir of Qatar and Sheikh Mansour talked on how to strengthen their fraternal ties and bring more prosperity to their respective populations. They also discussed a variety of topics that both parties found important. The third ACD Summit’s importance in strengthening Asian cooperation to promote sustainable development, prosperity, and peace was discussed at the summit.
The meeting was attended by Minister of Energy and Infrastructure Suhail Bin Mohammed Faraj Faris Al Mazrouei, Minister of Sports Dr. Ahmad Belhoul Al Falasi, Minister of State for Foreign Trade Dr. Thani Bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, and UAE Ambassador to Qatar Sheikh Zayed Bin Khalifa bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
