The United Arab Emirates is moving forward with confidence and strength to be one of the world’s leading nations, under the leadership of the President, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who has clearly defined the country that everyone is expected to build. It is a country that welcomes people from around the world, puts technology to work, supports research and innovation, and cares for the health and wellbeing of citizens and residents alike, said UAE Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan.
Sheikh Nahyan said: “The leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has turned the UAE into a center of healthcare excellence, with exceptional facilities, accomplished professionals and productive global partnerships. “The country’s ambition is not only to adopt what others have achieved, but also to help establish the standards by which healthcare excellence will be defined, measured and judged.
His comments came during the inauguration of the fifth edition of the Healthcare Leaders Summit – Abu Dhabi 2026, being held under his patronage and organised by Forbes Middle East on September 22-23, in collaboration with PureHealth at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi. This year’s summit is themed ‘Defining Global Standards in Healthcare Excellence’ and will bring together more than 100 speakers and some 3,000 delegates from the region and the world over, including policymakers, healthcare executives, scientists, experts and specialists, to discuss the key transformations and priorities that will shape the future of healthcare.
